Working Bee Nov 6

Writer: Rob PorterRob Porter

Last Saturday we had about 30 members and volunteers at our 1st Saturday of the month working bee. Such a great turnout. Work accomplished included more planting in the quarry, starting preparation of the after school program area, creating a small retaining wall, starting the paint job on the new seed library cabinet, a range of propagation activities, catching up on a composting backlog and a range of other maintenance jobs. It was great to be able to enjoy a lunch together afterwards.
