Preserving excess

Our second batch of beetroot relish for the season is just being water bathed. Another batch of zucchini pickles is not far away. This is all from excess market produce. We also send suitable excess to FoodShare. Watch out for our upcoming workshop on pickles, relishes and chutneys.
