The countdown to Harfest 2026 has begun with 10 weeks to go, and excitement is building fast. This year’s event promises to be bigger, brighter, and full of the kind of joy that only a community festival can bring.

Whether you’re a longtime fan or a first-time visitor, Harfest offers a perfect blend of music, food, laughter, and connection under the open sky. At the heart of it all is Silver, the festival coordinator whose energy and input will help make the event the most inclusive and fun one yet. If you see Silver around, don’t hesitate to say hello or offer a hand, they’ll appreciate it!

What makes Harfest special

Harfest is more than just a festival. It’s a celebration of community, nature, and the autumn harvest. Held on the lands of the Peek Whurrong and Maar Nations, the event honours the rich cultural heritage of the area while bringing people together to enjoy the season’s bounty.

This year, expect:

  • Live music from local and regional artists across multiple genres

  • A garden bar featuring local beer, wine, cider, and botanical cocktails

  • Delicious food stalls offering a variety of tastes and dietary options

  • A welcoming space for families, with plenty of activities for kids

  • The option to bring your own picnic and relax on the grassy slopes

Harfest creates a relaxed atmosphere where everyone can enjoy good company, great food, and lively entertainment.
