Join a team: people, place, programs and partners

We're trying something this year to get more minds engaged with helping to deliver our annual plan. These teams will meet a few times a year to move projects and initiatives along. They will make recommendations to the committee and work independently to make improvements.

If you have some skills, inspiration or suggestions then feel free to come along to one of these sessions. They're open to all community members so pass on this info to anyone you know who might be able to support our goals. Meeting Tuesdays at 5:30pm in the HUB.

Membership recruitment, induction process, member engagement and feedback, plot holders support, support area leaders, internal communication & newsletter.

Place

22nd April, 26th August and 2nd December 2025

Schedule and plan site works, maintenance of equipment, machinery, construction projects, site accessibility, lease & land.

Programs and partners

24th March, 24th June and 21st October

Sprouts Club & education, events, workshops, tours, market, supporters, collaborations & external communication.

Finance and fundraising

20th May and 24th November

Set budget, review financial performance, develop financial sustainability strategy, grants & fundraising.
