Discover the aromatic Sri Lankan cuisine in this creative cooking class and learn how to make a range of classic dishes from scratch!
In this beginner-friendly class, you will be guided through the step by step process of creating delicious Sri Lankan classic dishes by Chamari of Sri Agri Kitchen.
Sri Lankan cuisine is a delicious blend of influences ranging from Dutch and Portuguese to Indian and Malay, all fashioned into one cohesive and flavourful national cuisine.
You'll get hands-on with fresh produce and learn traditional cooking techniques that will help you create delicious flavourful food time and time again.
You will cook a three-course meal with entree, main and dessert which will be enjoyed together with the class.
On the menu is pan roll (vegan or meat), plain rice, fried rice, chicken curry, lentil curry, beetroot curry, pumpkin curry and green mallum and Sri Lankan Pan cake (vegan).
