About the event

Discover the art of slow, nourishing baking in this relaxed, hands-on sourdough workshop. We’re pleased to welcome back Therese Drake from Drakes Fresh Produce to guide you through the fundamentals of creating and baking your own sourdough at home.


In this practical session, you will:

  • Learn how to create and care for a sourdough starter.

  • Mix and work a traditional sourdough loaf.

  • Understand the fermentation process and how it develops flavour and texture.

  • Explore simple ways to incorporate sourdough into your everyday baking.
