About the event

Come and explore the wonders of local seaweed species with members of DeakinSeaweed Research Group. This half hour workshop will include the basics of harvesting local seaweeds, traditional and cultural uses of seaweeds and the exploration of seaweed based fusion cooking with the making of seaweed infused damper for participants to take home.
