About the event

Our gates are open for everyone this spring - it’s all about community, learning, fun and connection at this free event. Held on the lands of the Peek Whurrong people, explore the sprawling site for a great day out with friends and family.

Beginning with an Acknowledgement of Country, followed by live music featuring local musicians there will be lots to see on the six acres of site. Check out the progress on the second stage of the quarry amphitheatre project with the rainforest gully work underway and toilets (a highlight, we know!)

There are plenty of free activities for the family, including meeting the chooks and tastings from the bush food garden. We’ll have fresh produce, handmade preserves and plants for sale on the day. A sizzling BBQ with meat and vegetarian options will look after healthy appetites.

Pick up a map to explore including the quarry amphitheatre, herb garden,…

We acknowledge the Peek Whurrong People of the Maar Nation as the original custodians of the land on which we meet and garden. Our garden adjoins a significant place, we continue to learn its history as we work together in a spirit of reconciliation.
