About the event

Explore the world of fermentation and learn how to create your own nourishing, probiotic-rich foods at home. We’re excited to welcome Therese Drake from Drakes Fresh Produce for a hands-on workshop focused on simple, traditional fermenting techniques.


In this practical session, you will:

  • Learn how to make milk kefir, kombucha, and sauerkraut from scratch.

  • Understand the basics of fermentation and how it supports gut health.

  • Gain confidence using accessible ingredients and equipment at home.

  • Discover ways to reduce food waste through fermenting.
