Step into the kitchen and discover how to turn simple milk into something special. We’re excited to welcome Therese Drake from Drakes Fresh Produce for a hands-on workshop exploring traditional techniques for creating delicious, homemade dairy products.
In this practical session, you will:
Learn how milk transforms into a variety of nourishing dairy foods.
Take part in a live butter making demonstration, gaining a clearer understanding of the process from cream to butter.
Learn simple and reliable methods for making natural yoghurt at home with confidence.
Create your own labneh and learn how to roll and preserve it in olive oil.
